This meeting, we’ll be taking a look at our advertising materials & setting a time/date to do a short flyer campaign and/or put up some posters. We’ll also be taking a closer look at our upcoming website launch and making sure everyone is empowered to create, mix, and distribute their own materials.

A loose agenda for the evening. Times are very approximate:

7:15pm- 7:30pm - Gather at Moka House, look for a guy in a Purple Polo Shirt
7:30pm-7:40pm(ish) Introductions. A few words each to introduce yourself, what drew you to the party, and what skills you’d like to share.
7:45pm-7:50pm Federal Update.
7:50pm-8:15pm Materials Discussion (what we have, what’s available, pricing, etc)
8:15pm-8:30pm Flyering Event Planning (When, where, instructions)
8:30pm-8:45pm Brainstorming - Local activities we can do to promote the PPCA & our causes
8:45pm-9:25pm Platform/Policy discussions
9:25pm-9:30pm Setup for next meeting, Hand-outs
9:30pm Meeting ends.
