Jeff Coleman
Jeff Coleman is a small business owner living and working in the North End of Winnipeg. His passion for people and learning has led him to the cutting edge of technology, as well as 10 years of service with local and international non-profit organisations.
In 2006 he began working with others to help found the Pirate Party of Canada, believing that new leadership was required to guide Canadian businesses and citizens together into an Information Age society where innovation can flourish and regular people are directly engaged in setting the path of their community, government, and country. After being launched in 2008 and growing to over 2000 members the party voted overwhelmingly to endorse him as its first ever federal candidate on November 1, 2010.
Jeff has four sisters, a brother, one niece, one nephew, and 39 cousins. In an average day he uses three to four languages—mostly for listening. He has visited 12 countries and lived in 3.
